I would like to lend a positive endorsement for the services provided by the DEA team. From simple troubleshooting of software glitches to complex re-programming of control logic in multiple PLC’s, these guys have demonstrated continuing competency. 

I’m particularly impressed by the ability demonstrated to adapt to different programming languages on the fly. There’s been more than one time they’ve been called on short notice and not only had people available, but the right people.
